The Lithuanian startup “TrackDuck” has announced about their deal with the USA based company “InVision”. The world’s leading product design collaboration platform “InVision” is acquiring the “TrackDuck”. The amount is not disclosed due to confidentiality terms. “InVision” is used by over 75% of the Fortune 100 and enables product design at leading companies like “Airbnb”, “Shopify”, “Salesforce”, “Disney”, “Netflix”, IBM, “Walmart”, “Apple”, and more.

After the merger “TrackDuck” committed to continue to streamline communication on websites and images so customers can expect more product improvements and an even higher quality of service for the same price.

“TrackDuck” team consists of Belarusians, Lithuanians and Ukrainians. The startup is offering visual feedback and issue tracking solution for web agencies, freelancers and big enterprise companies, primary used for web design and development.
