Startup Olympics: Let’s Create History This Thursday!

Startup Olympics, the first event of a kind in Europe, will be opened this Thursday afternoon at VGTU’s Linkmenų Fabrikas. This is all you need to know about the Games.

Registration will start at 1 PM on Thursday, the Olympics will be officially opened at 2 PM, and the events at four different game zones will begin at 2:30 PM.

Badminton, table tennis, darts and flip the cup will start the first event batch of the Startup Olympics (2:30-4 PM), then we’ll move into dodge ball, table football, basketball and beer pong events (4-5:40 PM), and the decisive event is scheduled to be the ‘Tie a shoe’ challenge (5:40-7 PM). The Olympics will be closed and the winners will be awarded at 7 PM.

Participants will include teams from Trafi, TransferGo, InsiderWarehouse/Unboxed, Oberlo, Epicwander, EcoCost, Play4Work and others. We could still accommodate a team or two – please get in touch with us.

We welcome all spectators to watch the games – the entrance is free! We will be joined by Kestutis Navickas, a true Olympian and the 9th place winner at Beijing Olympics, so he might teach you some badminton tricks. Let alone numerous networking opportunities with the startups! Fear not the hunger – Mother Trucker food truck will be feeding both participants and spectators.
