Startup Battle Finalists Announced

Nine startups out of 33 participats of three semifinals at LOGIN Startup Fair’s Startup Battle on Thursday have been selected by the jury to take part in the finals. On Friday, a 2000-strong audience will be watching the final pitches and 6K EUR from TRINITI in addition to other prizes are on the plate.

The finalists are:

  • Funderful (Riga, LV): a fundraising SaaS toolkit for universities designed to make giving back a habit;
  • Kindervibe (Vilnius, LT): an app that eases everyday communication between kindergartens and parents. It gives parents real time information about their child;
  • Wolfprint 3D (Parnu, EE): Wolfprint 3D is building an automatic 3D scanning booth, visitors get a scan of their face and superimpose it on a venue specific character. Venues generate extra income;
  • Farmis (Kaunas, LT): Farming platform which solves everyday problems in $1.5 trillion farming market;
  • Deekit (Tallinn, EE): Deekit is an online whiteboard for you and your team to draw, write, edit and add other content. Together, in real time.  A whiteboard for remote teams to share ideas, brainstorm together, discuss complex problems, product and business planning;
  • FATMAP (Vilnius, LT): FATMAP is changing the way you explore the outdoors by combining next generation maps and expert knowledge for a better, safer adventure;
  • Bike-ID (Tallinn, EE): it provides quick and easy insurance cover via mobile app

  • Breathcount (Kaunas, LT): A device and an app for asthma patients;
  • Qfer (Riga, LV): Qfer gives businesses an opportunity to convert their printed marketing materials (like coupons and flyers) to smart digital offers with up to 10x higher redemption rate and deep analytics;

Friday is also a fascinating day for LOGIN Startup Fair’s visitors in terms of speakers: “Why to become an entrepreneur?”, “Why is Artificial Intelligence hard?”, “Startups Are Dead: How Entrepreneurs Can Thrive in the Unicorn Apocalypse” are the topics whereas  “Tesla” or “Uber” are the names that can bring crowds to the conference.

Also, dozens of workshops at the Hardware district are on the menu, the second day of the Masterclasses and the opportunity to meet the startups at the Startup Valley are all there!
