Rockstart Accelerator open to #LTstartups
2016
Feb 09

Rockstart Accelerator, an Amsterdam-based 150-days long program for startups, offers an opportunity for Lithuanian startups to fine-tune their businesses at the Rockstart Accelerator Web & Mobile 2016 edition.

Lithuanian startups have already brought some experience to the country from the Rockstart program. For instance, Packpin, a Lithuanian delivery tracking startup offering a plugin for e-commerce companies, was among the participants of Rockstart Accelerator last year. Therefore this team is involved in sharing their experience and partnering in organizing series of hackathons “Hacker Games” in Lithuania.

"This was the best experience both me and my colleagues had. I feel as if I have graduated from another university. Though we work really hard, the accelerator has beaten all our expectations", – Vytis Radvila, Packpin's founder, was quoted by Delfi last year.

Rockstart offers 15000 EUR investment for an equity stake of 8% per startup which translates into no program fees. Selected startups will have an access to more than 80 mentors, a few hundred-strong investor network that consists of names such as Balderdon Capital and Notion Capital to name a few, an office space in the heart of Amsterdam (Netherlands), let alone international, alumni and personal/team development programs and much more.

Of the 58 companies Rockstart has invested in, 71% have raised a total of 29 million EUR in funding. These companies currently have more than 400 employees in total.

You are more than welcome to apply for the Rockstart Accelerator at its website. More than 10 places at the accelerator are still available.
