What you will do:
– Handling customer universal support cases (product, application, coordination, vehicle-based questions) through email and live chat
– Ability to support users in written English, and Lithuanian languages.
– Providing timely and accurate customer feedback to the relevant teams to improve processes and avoid recurring customer issues
– Reply to clients’ comments or app reviews (for example in Amazon, eBay, Google Play Store, App Store, Trustpilot etc.)
– Reply Social Media requests and direct messages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
– Understanding the customer’s needs and business context to provide outstanding support and excellent customer satisfaction
– Contribute to the development of the FAQ
Requirements
– Experience providing support to clients via email, live chat, and similar platforms
– Excellent written communication skills in English and Lithuanian languages
– Willingness to learn new skills
– Ability to communicate with clients in a polite and professional way
– Excellent time management skills
– Management of own processes and ability to take ownership in all related processes regarding customer support
