A young Lithuanian company Sharecruit, offering an untraditional recruitment solution for the market, according to the press release, has attracted over 400 customers within half a year and has won the respect of the biggest international companies.

The recruitment platform Sharecruit that has started its operations over half a year ago can be proud of its customers, including big companies such as Swedbank, IBM, Storebrand Baltic, Transcom, Friday Lab, Danske Bank, Avon and UPS.

“We cooperate more closely with partners from Sweden, Latvia and Estonia and constantly look for employees to hold different positions starting with sales professionals to IT experts. We are happy being able to use Sharecruit system. It helps access more potential customers and present wider information about open positions. Thus we can attract a bigger number of strong candidates, even those who have not even thought about changing their jobs. Besides it is an excellent tool for employees to share interesting job vacancies with their friends and acquaintances”, – Agnė Jonaitytė -Karalienė, Head of Swedbank Human Resources department says.

The bank has selected 7 finalists to the vacancies and has hired 3 people already this year via Sharecruit system. Swedbank has hired a manager who has Swedish language skills, also recruitment and IT professionals based on referrals of the current employees and ordered promotional campaigns on social networks.

Friday Lab that exports its products to over 50 countries around the world also has good opinion about a young company.

“When you work with foreign partners and innovative products, you need the drive, energy, good foreign languages and negotiation skills. Thus, when we look for new partners we use the latest search tools. Sharecruit platform was easy to use; moreover Sharecruit team professionalism and their wish to help impressed us most. By applying different methods we managed to attract suitable candidates who finally became employees of our company”, – Rolandas Sereika, Marketing manager of Friday Lab tells.

Over 400 companies already use the platform of Sharecruit.

“Sharecruit helps better reveal internal culture of the company for international companies that have a strong trademark and values. Transparency promotes trust and this supports the company name even better. People are part of the company culture; they communicate and represent the employer. If we give them more empowerment we demonstrate how important employees are; we encourage their activities and participation in operations of the company and this engages them more with the company and encourages their inner motivation. This is not easy in big companies, but Sharecruit is solving this problem”, – Asta Čepulytė, Founder and General Manager of Sharecruit is convinced.

Ilja Laurs, founder of Nextury Ventures Fund was the first to invest in the new company, also says that recruitment is a very important operation in every company.

“For example, companies allocate 25% of total salary fund for recruitment and management in the USA. This is a big share. However, in markets with strong competition, employees choose companies and companies compete over each good professional. Sharecruit reveals a true face of the company”, Mr. Laurs carries on.
