XSense is a helmet that combines audio-visual VR system and EEG sensors in one piece. By analysing the user’s brainwaves it selects the most suitable VR environment for relaxation and adjusts the parameters throughout the session according to the person’s state for an ultimate customised relaxation experience. The data also can be recorded to track the relaxation progress for every personal user to encourage getting better at it with time. The sessions can be as short as 15min and the device can be used at workplace, at home or a therapist’s office.
