- Business relocation consultations
If you choose to extend your stay and relocate your business to Lithuania, we’ll help you apply for a residence permit via Startup Visa programme and get settled in Lithuania for longer

At the end of September we invite startup founders and team members from all over the world to experience what it is like to be part of Lithuanian startup ecosystem in one week.
Our goal is to make you fall in love with Vilnius and its thriving globally focused business community.
Startups can apply between 08.16.2022-04.09.2022. Startup Lithuania goes through the applications during this time and can make decisions already earlier than 04.09.2022.
The startupcation in Vilnius starts from the last week of September, 2022, but timetable changes are possible.

Who can apply?
Vilnius awaits any startup ready to scale to the EU and advancing in these areas but not limited to: ICT, fintech, AI, edutech, blockchain, bid data, IoT, green energy, mobility, e-commerce, life sciences, robotics, etc.
To apply you need to fulfil the following general criteria:
- Your company is registered no later than 5 years ago
- You developed your own innovative product/service;
- The intellectual property of the product/service belongs to you
- You have developed a prototype and (or) have MVP
- Your team consists at least of 2 members (but it is your decision whether you all come to Vilnius or not)
- You do not reside currently in Lithuania
- You do not have a Lithuanian citizenship
- You are ready to take responsibility for applying and maintaining all travel documents and permits, including visa
Your responsibilities:
- You must have a right to apply for Lithuanian visa
- You take responsibility for the travel expenses to Lithuania and inside or outside Vilnius
- You are responsible for the living costs and other personal expenses during your stay in Vilnius
- The programme is designed on a voluntary basis but we expect you to give interviews for Startup Lithuania about your stay and share your experience to your network
Startupcation in Vilnius programme is designed and coordinated by Startup Lithuanian, a national startup ecosystem facilitator. An exciting startup trial is supported by Go Vilnius, the official development agency of the City of Vilnius.
