Duration: 5 weeks
Format: Twice a week – Mondays & Thursdays from 4 PM (3-hour sessions, slight schedule changes possible)

Nov 4 & 6: Problem, solution & value proposition

Nov 10: Market, competitors & customers

Nov 11 (09:00–15:00): Individual consultations

Nov 17 & 20: Business model & finances

Nov 24 & 27: Product–market fit, MVP & go-to-market strategy

Dec 1 & 3: Pitching to investors

Dec 11: Demo Day – showcase your idea to investors & an expert jury!
