Shared Mission provides selected impact-driven organisations with tailored legal and tax advice worth up to EUR 100,000, delivered by Sorainen experts across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
This year’s theme, “Doing good knows no borders”, focuses on organisations that are aiming to expand beyond a single Baltic country or scaling internationally.
Support may cover regulatory matters, contracts, intellectual property, data protection, tax planning, corporate structuring and more, tailored to each recipient’s needs.

Who should apply?
The programme is open to both for-profit and non-profit organisations – startups, scale-ups, NGOs, associations and companies – provided they are driven by a clear social, environmental or innovation-led mission.
Organisations working across a range of areas, including energy, life sciences and healthcare, defence and dual-use technologies, technology and innovation, social impact and inclusion, education, and climate and the environment are especially encouraged to apply.
To date, the programme has already supported 50+ impact driven projects across the Baltics.
