Vilnius City Municipality, in partnership with the municipalities of Tauragė, Šiauliai and Ignalina, has launched a joint design contest for AI-assisted civil protection and emergency telephone consultations. Startups and innovative tech developers are invited to submit their solution proposals.
The challenge: improve access to critical civil protection information
As part of the GovTech4All project “GovTech AI Sandbox”, the consortium of four local government administrations is seeking innovative proposals to improve access to critical civil protection information for residents – especially those who do not use mobile apps – so that they can receive clear, timely guidance by phone during emergencies.
An opportunity to develop and test your solution
• Prototype development and testing: an opportunity for innovative tech developers to develop a prototype with scalability potential and test it in a real-life environment across four institutions.
• Prizes for the top three proposals: the three selected proposals will receive monetary prizes totalling €3 500,00.
• A €66,500 service contract: following successful negotiations, the final winner will be awarded a service contract to develop and validate a solution prototype.
