For startups eyeing international expansion, fresh capital, and a breakthrough into Silicon Valley – this is your final chance to join the Startup Lithuania Accelerator powered by Plug and Play. This globally recognized program has already helped numerous Lithuanian founders transform their ideas into globally scalable ventures. The fifth – and final – cohort is now open for applications.

“The Lithuanian tech ecosystem recognizes this accelerator as a serious international player. It’s not just about knowledge – it’s a gateway to the world,” says Karolina Urbonaitė, Head of Startup Lithuania at Innovation Agency Lithuania.

From local ambition to global traction

Take Hoperfy – a restaurant tech startup that allows event organizers to integrate smart tools like hotel bookings, ticket sales, and partner events into a single page, generating new revenue streams while leveraging AI-powered attendee insights.

Encouraged by peers, the Hoperfy team joined the accelerator to sharpen their product positioning and test a new market direction. The result? Just 48 hours after launch, they validated a profitable business model.

“We received investor interest, advice from top-tier mentors – people behind global apps. Just having access to decision-makers at Lufthansa or Dropbox with a single email is invaluable. But the key? The more you put in, the more you get out. 10 out of 10 – if you can join, go for it,” says Tadas Kertenis, Hoperfy co-founder.

Growth that reaches the Valley

Another success story is Greet – a contactless ordering solution now used in 800+ venues in Lithuania, serving over 300,000 users monthly. Their breakthrough happened during the accelerator.

“We joined the program to validate our international expansion strategy – and we did. The mentorship, investor access, and focus helped us clarify priorities and secure critical partnerships,” explains co-founder Arnoldas Gritė.

Through the GOAL program, part of the accelerator’s Silicon Valley track, Greet pitched to leading US investors and corporates – boosting their brand and flying the flag for Lithuania’s startup ecosystem.

“Everything depends on your involvement. If you’re all in, this program can open a lot of doors,” adds Gritė.

More than just an accelerator

The Startup Lithuania Accelerator powered by Plug and Play is a 12-week growth program for early-stage startups. Participants receive tailored mentorship, hands-on workshops, and support in areas like product development, fundraising, and international scaling. The program culminates in a Demo Day, where startups pitch to global investors and corporations.

Top-performing teams also earn a spot in the GOAL program in Silicon Valley, where they test their solutions in one of the world’s most competitive markets.

Applications for the fifth and final Plug and Play accelerator cycle are now open. Startups must apply by July 4. Don’t miss the opportunity to take your startup global.
