Lithuanian-founded data analysis company Repsense, which introduced the first automated online reputation measurement model at the end of last year, has raised €0.5 million for further product development and international expansion.

Fund management companies Iron Wolf Capital and Coinvest Capital invested in Repsense in equal shares. 5 business angels – private investors – also contributed to the investment of the latter fund.

According to Mykolos Katkaus, CEO of Repsense and one of the founders, the investments will allow further development of the first automated information content evaluation product.

“Most professionals around the world believe that digital reputation management is the most important area of future communication. However, due to the abundance and fragmentation of sources, few businesses track, measure or have a plan for consistently managing online reputation. The Repsense tool helps to solve this problem,” said M. Katkus.

Having introduced the product to the market a few months ago, Repsense provides data to business clients, research and communication specialists in 9 countries.

Among the founders of the company, which started operating in 2022, are M. Katkus, a well-known communication specialist, partner of the public relations agency Fabulos Rud Pedersen Group, Alfredas Chmieliauskas, who has made an international career as a data scientist, and experienced sales, technology and marketing specialists.

The company’s plans for 2023 include international expansion and investments in the processing of non-textual sources and the adaptation of the created model to the areas of sales, finance and defense.
