This is a full-time position and is a good start for candidates who want to thrive in the field of customer service. This position will grow together with a company and we are searching for a person who can transition towards a Head of Customer Service in 12-18 months.
We seek a team member who can offer new ideas for improving customer experience, form strategies & plans for smooth implementation. This position is not for people who like to be told, it is for achievers. We are looking for candidates who could start ASAP.
> Answer and respond to customer inquiries via email, text messaging;
> Analyse customer issues, reviews, gather their feedback, and offer possible solutions;
> Monitor, improve customer experience in various support, sales channels;
> Analyse, improve product warranty, return, exchange, refund policies;
> Seek better product return, exchange, refund ratios;
> Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports;
> Excellent English language communication and presentation skills: written, verbal and listening;
> Customer focus and a desire to help is a must;
> Ability to work without supervision, be self-motivated;
> Always thinking about improvement and wanting to achieve a positive impact;
> Pro-active, open-minded, not afraid to ask and take responsibility;
> Experience in e-commerce, CRM, project management, etc. would be an advantage;
