– assist account managers with qualified decision-makers
– prospect, educate, qualify, and develop prospects and inbound leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes calling on prospects, following up on marketing-generated leads, creative door opener outreach, and more.
– maintain a consistently high level of call volumes with daily/weekly call expectations up to 40/180 📞
– coordinating with other team members to bring in support and additional resources to create better mental health support to mindful employers and improve our processes
– improving on our existing practices to make your own role more efficient
– staying aware of the market and the needs of our industry 📈
– improving upon existing processes to help us scale
– leverage best in class tools ✍️
– manage a high volume of leads, and track activities in CRM
– research, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
