The fifth Smart Cities Conference takes place on 17 September in Riga as part of European Mobility Week, expanding this year to a Baltic–Nordic scale. It brings together municipalities, public authorities, academia, companies, startups and innovation ecosystem representatives from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland and other European countries to discuss what it takes to make urban innovation truly work — from governance models and city–industry collaboration to data-driven solutions and emerging technologies.

Main themes: smart mobility and future transport solutions; AI and data-driven city management; digital technologies and urban analytics; autonomous solutions and emerging technologies.

As part of the conference, an Expo Area will showcase innovative solutions to city representatives, innovation managers and digital transformation experts from across the region. We can welcome a limited number of Lithuanian startups (up to 3) in the Expo Area — tables, electricity and catering are provided, free of charge.
