Join us at the event focused on small talk and networking. How to start a conversation with a stranger? How to feel more relaxed during the first contact? How to start in-depth talk and not just a superficial conversation? How to discover topics of mutual value?

These questions usually arise for many people who do not feel comfortable in networking situations at various meetings and events. So in this hands-on lecture, we’ll discuss ways to build an authentic connection with a person from the first words of conversation, and we’ll put some of them to the test right here in practice. Together with a professional coach we will try out the ways to start networking, and boost your self-confidence to create lasting connections with new acquaintances.

The lecture is led by Viktorija Matusevičiūtė – trainer of communication and creative thinking, partner and consultant of OVC Consulting, co-author of the book on working with groups “Dėmesio, grupė!” (2014), organizational psychologist. Note that event language is lithuanian.
