Intellectual Property Valuation and Investments
Nov 07, 09:00, 13:00
Attracting investment, concluding a licensing agreement, or preparing for a deal requires technology valuation, which becomes critically important. However, investors and universities often evaluate different aspects. Do you know what really matters to them?
At the event organized by the Research Council of Lithuania and the State Patent Bureau, “Intellectual Property Valuation and Investments”, experts in innovation, law, and intellectual property from Lithuania and international organizations will share practical examples and methods for determining the value of intellectual property – from the first steps of valuation to real negotiation scenarios.
During the event, speakers including a WIPO expert, representatives of Lithuanian TTOs, and investors will share their perspectives and real-life examples. They will discuss how valuation results can help successfully attract funding and highlight the most common mistakes in the valuation process.
At the end of the event, participants will have the opportunity to consult with experts on technology development, patenting, and financing, receiving practical recommendations and individual insights.
