CoInvest Capital invests in startups and companies undergoing business development and growth in co-operation with groups of business angels. The goal of the Fund is to contribute to the financing of new promising companies by expanding the community of private investors (business angels).

Fields of interest: health, enterprise software, education, energy, transportation, food, security, real estate, telecommunication, gaming, IoT, sports, hosting, robotics, government, marketing.

Fund range per team: €50k to €80k

Investment conditions: Equity. The fund invests only with other investors – business angels – there must be at least 2, if the investment amount is less than 100 thousand EUR, or 3, if the amount exceeds 100 thousand EUR. CoInvest Capital can contribute ~ 60% to the overall investment amount needed.
