The purpose of the Culture and Creative Industries Incubation Program is located in the Culture Factory, Klaipėda. The purpose of this program is to support beginner artists and growing creative industries businesses including startups operating in performing arts, film, design, fashion, photography, architecture, and other creative fields, reducing risks at the beginning of their business, helping them acquire practical entrepreneurial skills and relevant knowledge. The free program includes extensive support from mentors and consultations for every resident. Both individuals and legal entities (SME subjects) can apply. 

Agmis startup development programme is aimed at startup founders ready to make the next step in their journey. During a product crash course, they will help to turn your idea into a workable product. A team of product specialists and developers will be dedicated to you and your product, ensuring that a product prototype will reach the market with your graduation.

Imaguru Startup HUB is the community of free-thinking innovative entrepreneurs and tech talent and the birthplace of a large number of startups. Imaguru Startup Hub in Minsk was shut down by the regime, while the community and startup support is continued by the team virtually today, and at the office in EU. Ms Minister A. Armonaite invited Imaguru to work in Lithuania, and since October 2021 Imaguru has a hub in Vilnius.

Imaguru within 8 years helped over 300 Belarusian startups. It educated over 12,000+ people, held over 3500+ events and contributes to organizing international conferences to attract international investors for the ecosystem. Imaguru startups created 3500+ jobs, attracted $160M+ in investments.

Lithuanian Business Incubation Centre of CERN Technologies (Incubator) supports development and application of innovative ideas based on technologies and expertise developed at European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN). The support granted for start-ups comprise preferential rate licensing of CERN intellectual property, free 40 hours of CERN expert consultation (subject to expert availability), financial grant, consultations from experts at Lithuanian Innovation Centre, Sunrise Valley and Kaunas Science and Technology Parks.

The Incubator was established in Lithuanian following the granting Lithuania the status of CERN’s Associated Member State in 2018. The world’s largest nuclear and particle physics laboratory CERN, located in Switzerland, seek to answer fundamental questions about the structure of our universe. In this quest, novel technologies and solutions are developed that can be used outside the field of high energy physics. The business incubation center aims to assist start-ups, spin-offs, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to implement innovative technologies and expertise developed at CERN into disruptive products or services.
