Provides opportunity to get investment from angels or their syndicate locally and across Nordics. Lithuanian Business Angel Network (LitBAN) fosters business angel activity through communication, events, networking, syndication of deals both locally and across Nordics by uniting wealthy individuals, successful entrepreneurs, and executives that are curious about angel investing activity. Through monthly pitching events LitBAN facilitates a gateway for startups to meet Angel investors.

CoInvest Capital invests in startups and companies undergoing business development and growth in co-operation with groups of business angels. The goal of the Fund is to contribute to the financing of new promising companies by expanding the community of private investors (business angels).

The fund invests only with other investors - business angels – there must be at least 2, if the investment amount is less than 100 thousand EUR, or 3, if the amount exceeds 100 thousand EUR. Tech-Park Kaunas is a science and technology park that creates the best experience for startups. We help startups and already growing tech companies to increase transnational competitiveness, consult companies on business development issues, provide innovation support services, develop an innovation community, and foster an innovation culture in the Kaunas region. As a member of Integrated Science, Studies and Business Centre (Valley) “Santaka” Tech-Park Kaunas stimulates science and business collaboration. The Park organizes a business incentive program for health technology developers called Medaccelerator.lt. The program helps startups to develop innovative products and services, increase sales and prepare to attract investment. The team has also created a program for entrepreneurship and new product development called Evolut 4.0. In 2024, the Tech-Park Kaunas Accelerator program package was strengthened and renewed, startups participated in the digitech and medtech solutions hackathon Tech_Champ, preacceleration programmes and business incubation activities. Tech-Park Kaunas currently hosts more than 100 deep-tech-oriented companies operating in the fields of deeptech, medtech, IT, spacetech and urbantech. These include medtech, defencetech and dualtech and ICT. More than 100 professionals from Tech-Park Kaunas ICT cluster “Digital Rocket LT” are providing cutting-edge ICT services for local and international customers. Since 2019 Kaunas STP is a part of CERN Business Incubation Centre in Lithuania and supports the development and application of innovative ideas outside the field of high-energy physics. Since 2021, Tech-Park Kaunas has been a partner of the European Space Agency Business Incubator in Lithuania (ESA BIC Lithuania) and supports the development of innovative products in the space sector. Tech-Park Kaunas contributes to promoting innovative technologies for defence by participating in the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic Region (DIANA) program as an Associated Test Centre.
