This coming October, our colleagues from Innovation Agency will be participating in one of the world’s largest artificial intelligence events – World Summit AI, which will be held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The summit will bring together the most important players in the artificial intelligence ecosystem. We invite you to participate as well if you are an artificial intelligence based startup!
The Innovation Agency is announcing a competition during which five companies will be selected to travel to this event together, giving them an opportunity to show their products to an international audience and represent Lithuania on a global scale. The summit brings together all of the world’s leading artificial intelligence experts from all sectors. At the event, you will have the chance to get acquainted with the latest trends, technologies and innovations, and most importantly – to establish new international partnerships.
Why participate?
- The summit community consists of 54,000 artificial intelligence experts from different fields;
- During the event, startups will have the opportunity to present their products or services to venture capital funds, investors, the largest technological companies, corporations, consultants, associations, representatives of science and academia, and other event participants;
- The selected companies will receive funding from the state budget. These funds will cover the cost of renting 2 x 1/2 m² pods in The Startup Accelerator space (value of one pod – EUR 2,000) and tickets to the event. - Companies participating in the exhibition will receive de minimis aid in the State Aid Register, which will tentatively amount to EUR 4,500.
Company selection criteria:
- The business entity must have a product or a prototype (trial version);
- The business entity must be no more than five years old;
- The business entity should operate in one of the following areas: artificial intelligence, big and distributed data, mixed analysis, processing and implementation;
- The business entity must be a micro-, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating in Lithuania that is developing or has developed an innovative product or service;
- The business entity must be eligible for de minimis aid.
