Future You is a free mentorship platform that connects young people with experienced professionals from business, careers, technology, creativity, education and other fields.

Through individual conversations, participants can discuss their ideas, professional challenges and important career or business decisions with a mentor who can share practical experience, ask helpful questions and provide a fresh perspective.

The Future You community brings together more than 30 mentors and has already facilitated more than 50 mentorship connections and 100 free consultations.

The offer:

Startup Lithuania community members can receive free one-to-one mentorship through the Future You platform.

The offer is suitable for:
student founders;
young startup founders and co-founders;
students working in startup teams;
young professionals beginning their startup journey.

Participants can choose a mentor and discuss topics such as:
validating and developing a business idea;
entrepreneurship and leadership;
career and professional development;
building confidence and making important decisions;
entering a new professional field;
learning from the personal experience of established professionals.

The mentorship consultation is provided free of charge. Participants may also apply for further mentorship conversations depending on the mentor’s availability and mutual agreement.
