On March 31 at 18:00, we invite you to join a conversation with Viltė Pranevičiūtė, a participant of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, who spent four months in Spain working with the plant business “Cactus Almeraya”.

Viltė joined the programme with an idea to build an orchid-related business. During her exchange, she not only gained hands-on experience in plant growing and supply, but also deepened her knowledge in digital marketing, customer experience and e-commerce.

Over time, her idea evolved into a clearer direction – educational activities, workshops and online classes focused on orchid care.

During the session, Viltė will share:
• what daily work with a mentor abroad actually looks like
• what kind of practical skills can be gained through the programme
• how this experience helped her reshape her business direction and build new partnerships

The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme is approaching its final phase, which means the coming months are one of the last opportunities to apply and take part in an exchange.
