Startup Social Kaunas is a monthly meetup that has been happening every first Tuesday of the month for over 3 years. The goal – to inspire, connect, and educate people about the startup world. We welcome everyone: startup founders, service providers, investors, or anyone simply curious about the Kaunas startup scene 🤝

On April 7th we’re meeting a startup with over €15M in revenue (2024), one of the Financial Times Top 1000 fastest-growing companies in Europe, and a company whose profit from 2023 to 2024 almost tripled – growing by 205%.

What started as a project in a garage is now one of the best-known startups in Lithuania 👀 Our guest – CEO Dainius Sapežinskas.
After he joined OBDeleven, the company’s growth accelerated. With a background as a CFO (Chief Financial Officer), Dainius will share behind-the-scenes insights into what it’s like to manage a fast-growing startup: the mistakes and wins along the way, what’s important to understand about startups and startup culture, and maybe even a few thoughts about the future.
