However, we are all dependent on these buildings to get our food, clothes, and necessary services – especially during the pandemic. Everything that you own, wear or eat at one point was in a warehouse – these buildings are significantly more important than any other commercial real estate and yet, the market works like it’s 1995. This is due to the fact that market information is completely fragmented and unstructured resulting in overwhelming customer experience and poor decision making.
Speiz aggregates W&L space market data from multiple data sources to provide the total market overview (TMO) and propose the optimal warehouse solutions for every business.

Job Description
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the overall paid marketing performance of the organisation. Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. Creativity and a keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning traits for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
– Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
– Create and manage Facebook Ads. (Social media advertising)
– Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) + managing SEO freelancers/agency.
– Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
– Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners (classified ads).
– Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy.
– Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, etc.)
– Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
– Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
– Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets

Job Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in digital marketing field
– Proficient in spoken and written English, at least basic Norwegian is a big plus
– Google Ads Search and Display certified
– Google Tag Manager
– Google analytics, Google search console
– CRO tools: vwo, optimizely, hotjar.
– Strong proven track record for managing ad spend efficiently
– Email marketing platforms
– Self-driven
