He is a Non-Executive Director at Revolut Holdings Europe and a former Deputy CEO & Board Member of Revolut Bank (EEA), where he helped scale financial services to tens of millions of users across Europe.

​Beyond Revolut, Andrius has held leadership roles across startups and scaleups, including TransferGo, CityBee, Mobassurance, and DevMotion, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Aukok.lt, one of Lithuania’s largest NGOs. He is also a co-founder of Salesclub.lt, a leading Lithuanian B2B sales community.
