With that groundwork in place, founders join Horizon Sprint Week in Toronto for curated, pre-qualified meetings with customers, partners, mentors, and investors. These are not cold introductions: every room is built intentionally by the TBDC team, so conversations start further ahead. We focus on fit, pilots, partnerships, and next steps, so you can focus on closing business, not repeating your elevator pitch 150 times.

During Sprint Week, founders also attend clinics and workshops covering legal and regulatory considerations, IP, compliance, and Canada’s non-dilutive funding opportunities, including R&D tax incentives and innovation support programs available to eligible companies operating in Canada.
