ICT Accelerator Demo Day – Cycle 1
Aug 13, 16:00, 20:00

The ICT Accelerator is Lithuania’s national pre-acceleration program, designed to identify, support, and fast-track the growth of the country’s most promising early-stage startups working in the field of information and communication technologies.
The first intake saw 10+ startups competing for a spot, with 10 selected across diverse domains—from EdTech and AI to voice technologies and business process optimization.
The core of the program is a 12-week, mentor-driven journey, where each startup is paired with a seasoned mentor—spanning VC investors, operations experts, product strategists, marketing professionals, and team-development consultants. Examples include Gytenis Galkis (Superhero Capital), Justinas Pašys (NGL Ventures), and Austėja Blaževičiūtė.
Through targeted mentorship and expert-led growth sessions, startups refine their go-to-market strategies, sharpen investor pitches, and strengthen their teams—all geared toward becoming investment–ready.
The program provides a state-backed grant, supporting product development, and has a clear success goal: enabling “at least two or three teams” to secure VC investments by the end of the cycle.
The journey culminates in a Demo Day, where startups pitch their businesses live to an audience of investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem partners. It’s the key moment for teams to showcase their traction, secure funding, and build strategic connections.

The program is funded by the European Union and the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation, aligning with Lithuania’s strategy to bolster ICT innovation. It extends Startup Lithuania’s ecosystem efforts, which also include accelerator initiatives like GameTech and EduChallenger, along with global pathways via Plug and Play.
What sets the ICT Accelerator apart is its dual focus:
- Startup-first execution: founders receive tailored support from experienced mentors, industry experts, and successful entrepreneurs.
- National innovation strategy alignment: the program feeds into Lithuania’s broader vision to become a regional leader in digital transformation, AI, and smart technologies.
