Join “Kickstart Lab” – one of the strongest youth entrepreneurship programs in Lithuania. “Kickstart Lab” is a pre-acceleration program for young people with innovative ideas who want to build a business, improve their solutions, and prepare for investors’ attention.

The program has been running for three years and has already helped many ideas turn into real businesses. This year, we are expecting even more participants from all regions of Lithuania.

Who can participate?
The program is designed for young people aged 16–29 who have a business idea (or a strong desire to discover one):
• High school students (grades 10–12)
• University students and graduates
• Young professionals or freelancers
• Members of early-stage startup teams

How will ideas be selected?
Business ideas will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• Innovation and originality – Is the proposed solution fresh and creative?
• Real problem-solving – Does the idea address a specific consumer or business problem?
• Idea potential – Can it grow into a sustainable business?
• Participant motivation – How much time, energy, and dedication are you willing to invest in your idea?

What will you gain from the program?
• Assess the potential of your idea
• Create a business model, marketing strategy, and technological solution
• Receive practical training and one-on-one mentorship
• Take part in a hackathon and pitching events
• Get a chance to attract investments or even receive funding

Funding and investments
A total fund of EUR 55,000 has been allocated for the “Kickstart Lab” program:
• The 15 strongest teams will share EUR 35,000 in non-repayable funding for idea development during the program.
• The 2 highest-rated teams will attract investments of EUR 10,000 each.

• Kaunas: Spiečius, Kęstučio g. 86 / I. Kanto g. 18
• Klaipėda: Spiečius, Liepų g. 83, 2nd floor
• Panevėžys: Spiečius, Žemgulio g. 46, 2nd floor

Timeline:
• Until 2025-07-31 – Registration for the pre-acceleration program
• 2025-07-24 – INFO DAY
• 2025-08-25 – Hackathon in Palanga
• 2025-09-02 – 10-31 – Pre-acceleration (training + mentorship)
• 2025-12-11 – Pitch event for investors
