Technical Support Specialist (evening shift)

– Identifying technical issues and properly reporting to the responsible teams
– Mediating between customer support and development teams and showing full ownership of the process until it’s resolution
– If needed – communicating with customers to resolve the issue

– Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Strong communication skills
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– Attention to details
– Experience with Jira, Intercom, MongoDB and API would be beneficial
– Ability to work in a stable late evening shift (after 4 PM)
