Technical Client Support Specialist


Job Overview
We are expanding our SUPER Support team and looking for a new team member who is willing to help our clients with technical issues and increase competencies in IT field at the same time.

In this position you will:
– consult our customers and handle requests by using ticket system, Slack, emails;
– provide remote and onsite support to clients all over the world;
– collaborate with our sales team and support them in technical area.

We expect that you have:
– excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English;
– the basics of technical knowledge and ambition to learn new things in IT field;
– customer service skills (experience working in customer service);
– possibility to work in shifts.

Salary range:
877 – 1230 Eur / mon. Gross
Depends on experience level in customer service and technical knowledge.
