HomeCare is a platform to make People lives better. We make every Home Care related tasks simple and easy. In the app we help you to solve your Home Care maintenance by finding and hiring quality specialists: from plumber, electrician, handyman to cleaner or lawn mower. It is an Uber for HomeCare. Starting from Lithuania we are looking to scale globally.

Marketing & Growth lead
Now as we have secured an investment from businesses related to HomeCare we are looking for Product Owner to develop, launch and grow a product which will become the core of our successful business. “Marketing & Growth lead” means many different things to many different people, so we put together some extra details to help you understand what this will mean at HomeCare.
As the Marketing & Growth lead, you will own marketing, social media, events, local email content and partnership initiatives.
The Marketing & Growth lead will be focused on driving customers to our platform and developing long term communication, emotional connection and relationship with them.
Reporting to our Operations Lead you’ll be responsible for building world-class marketing and growth initiatives closely working together with internal and external Customer Success, Product, IT, Communication professionals.

The main focus of Your role
Develop brand and long-term emotional connection between our customers and service, constantly driving and growing leads and delivering growing value to our customers and stakeholders

Main Responsibilities

We will praise you for being an absolute self-starter:
Be an ambassador of HomeCare core values as an advocate.
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the Launching, including: Online and Offline marketing, Content and local Partnerships. This will be an iterative process that will guide all marketing activities
Manage and inspire a team and partners focused on driving growth
Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity and execute tests/projects to drive growth and engagement
Execute marketing campaigns; track and measure the efficacy of each initiative, scaling efforts in line with results
Develop Brand including name, logo, style, brandbook, values, suitable for internal, external communication Current HomeCare title is a working title.
Develop copy & content sometimes using help of external partners. Develop marketing guidelines, including a visual tone of “voice”
Collaborate with channel managers across SEM, SEO, Email, Display and Affiliate to implement strategies, develop editorial content tailoring to diverse target audiences
Develop brand partnerships that will help deliver on HomeCare business goals and growth.
Support new city expansions with localized marketing plans.

It would great if you have:
Technical adaptability in a constantly changing and expanding work environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or software
Undergraduate degree required with outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement
Min 3 years marketing experience at an advertising agency(-ies) or start-up company(-ies)
People leadership and management experience
Online and offline, paid and organic marketing channels experience required
Skill and experience with both paid and organic marketing channels
Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Skill and appetite to operate at high pace and quality in an entrepreneurial context
Excellent problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to ambiguous problems
Analytical mindset with strong data analysis background
Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
Team player; committed to building and contributing to a high-performing team
Excellent verbal and writing skills: You must have a strong command of grammar, spelling and syntax.
Fluent in English, Lithuanian

Ideal candidate has:

Some professional touchpoints to home/office maintenance.
Experience with mobile, on-demand and marketplace business models as a platform/Product developer, supplier and/or customer would be ideal.
Were working outside Lithuania before
Quality management experience: LEAN 6 Sigma, ISO etc..
Marketing and growth related qualifications, trainings and certifications
Can work with engineers, designers and other key stakeholders on features, ideas, MVP’s and rapid ongoing iterations
Understand the minimum viable product (MVP) – prioritising what is needed for launch to learn as quickly as possible
Are an independent worker – someone who can work in a relatively unstructured environment across multiple projects at the same time
Additional Russian, Polish, Swedish or German language skills are a plus
