Can you plan and launch international webshops?
We need you at our office in Vilnius!
MakesYouLocal help businesses launch and operate webshops abroad. Many Baltic companies are considering new
markets and we also see an increasing number of European companies planning to launch in one of the Baltic countries. This is why we are looking for a new colleague, to lead our onboarding team here in Vilnius.
Your main responsibility will be to take the dialogue with the clients and plan the process that leads to a successful launch in the new country.
You will head the team that takes over from sales and hand the client over to the Operation team, when the shop is localised and ready to meet the expectations from customers in the new country. You will be responsible for planning and localisation of the shop, as well as preparing our customer service platform for the new shop.
Your team will be placed in Vilnius, but often you will cooperate with e-commerce specialists based at our head office in Copenhagen or another city in Europe.
A strong onboarding process is how we secure a successful launch in a new market. This is also why this position is important at MakesYouLocal and why we provide support, training and strong processes from the Onboarding team in Copenhagen, you will work closely with.
You will refer to the managing director and we expect you to be an important part of the daily management of our Vilnius office. We hope you help develop our team of strong and great colleagues, our happy customers and make sure we have a nice and welcoming office.
We have a great time at work, and after! First of all we prioritise that everybody’s workday includes a variety of tasks. We have lunch together and enjoy great coffee, fruit and too much cake. After work we occasionally enjoy a drink or two, and we also arrange social activities from sports to great parties.
What we expect from our next colleague
First of all we are looking for people with the right attitude and for us this means, that you most days are happy and positive. That you are ready to step up when our customers need you and enjoy the freedom on days where they don’t. The job also requires experience from e-commerce and a genuine desire to help the customers you are in contact with. On top of that we expect you:
to speak and write a Baltic language as well as English
to be able to work with clients at all levels
to have high quality standards, when it comes to own and others work
to have strong people skills and like to be the problem solver
to understand workflows and be able to optimise internally and on client side
This is a full time position and you will be working from our office in Vilnius old town. Here you will find 10 colleagues from 3 different countries, all doing a great job helping our customers to succeed abroad.
