And now our rapidly growing team is actively looking for more helping hands with direct communication and an after work pint.

What you will do:

  • Solving and tracking support tickets via Intercom and email.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with the active users of Whatagraph.
  • Work together with the development team to solve issues related to the platform and its functionality.
  • Monitoring the tone of voice of Whatagraph customers.
  • Registering integration and feature requests.

What we expect:

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and reporting concepts.
  • Have previous experience in B2B communication.
  • Be willing to master the ins and outs of Whatagraph software.
  • Be willing to familiarise yourself with reporting for Facebook, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads and several others.
