Match My Thesis is a Danish company that connects students with companies for consultancy type academic projects. We are the largest online platform of that sort in Europe and had so far over 200 projects that were successfully implemented to various companies and organizations like LEGO, Telia, Volvo, Maersk, Nordea and others. Some examples of our projects involve:
● Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm for automating procurement department of the world’s largest shipping company
● Creating a product positioning strategy in Dubai for global pump producer
● Optimization of road paving process for leading construction company in Scandinavia
Together with our students and graduates, we help transfer the latest knowledge and innovations to the industry. And we are now looking for new people to join our fast growing sales team and help us build new client pipeline and manage existing accounts in Nordics and Baltics.

Job description
In our sales team, we work towards establishing and maintaining long term relationship with our clients from different size companies in Scandinavia and Baltics. We are now looking for motivated Sales Representative to handle sales and communication process with our clients. Your main tasks would be:
● Contact CEOs, Heads of Departments and other managers via e-mail, phone and LinkedIn
● Help potential customers understand their needs, identify projects and formulate cases
● Work with lead generation, preparation and email marketing campaigns
● Manage our lead databases and CRM
● Assist with other ad hoc sales, business development or marketing tasks

We expect you to:
● Have excellent written and spoken English (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language knowledge is a strong advantage)
● An academic background in business, business-IT or similar
● Previous experience in B2B sales and/or working with IT projects/technical people is a very strong advantage
● Ability to work independent, drive projects from A-Z on your own
● Being organized, accountable and never forgetting to follow-up
