What you will do
Spot opportunities for client upsell and manage account growth
Onboard new customers by showing the ins and outs of Whatagraph
Keep the relationship going throughout the whole client lifecycle
Address customer questions and concerns
Manage requests, renewals and upgrades
What we expect
Fluent written and spoken English
Comfortable with communication over the phone
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Ability to handle the good, the bad and the ugly
Empathetic attitude with ability to listen and respond
Keen eye for new opportunities
